Nystagmus and the Nystagmus Network

Nystagmus is a complex eye condition, characterised by wobbling or flickering of the eyes.

Our vision is for a world in which nystagmus is consistently and fully understood and supported in all environments.

Support

We run an information and support line, host regular online and in person events, answer enquiries by email and on social media and provide information guides.

Awareness

We celebrate Nystagmus Awareness Day on 20 June, deliver training for schools, employers and clinics and post about nystagmus on social media every day.

Research

We host workshops and an annual international Symposium, represent the patient voice as part of NUKE, fund research projects and recruit study participants.

 

Information and Support

The Nystagmus Network provides information and support to everyone living with Congenital or Acquired Nystagmus, their families and the people who support them.

Awareness

The Nystagmus Network raises awareness and understanding to ensure that people who have nystagmus have access to the support services they need.

Research

The Nystagmus Network funds research in collaboration with our UK research partners, to improve the quality of life and outcomes for everyone living with nystagmus.
